Unlocking Entrepreneurship in Underserved Communities
The global economy generates wealth at unprecedented scale — and excludes entire communities from it. IHA is building the infrastructure to change that equation: venture building, capital deployment, and ownership pathways for founders the system was never designed to serve.
Wealth Creation as Institutional Infrastructure
Less than 2% of venture capital reaches Black founders. The entrepreneurship ecosystem overwhelmingly serves the already privileged. IHA's enterprise work exists to build a parallel infrastructure: one where training, business systems, mentorship, and capital deployment are designed from the ground up for the communities that need wealth creation most — domestically and across the Global South.
Through Venture Studios, IHA provides hands-on venture building from ideation through scale. Through DeepFutures Capital, we deploy equity investment into the enterprises our programs develop. This is not grant funding. This is real capital creating real ownership, building real wealth in communities that have been systematically excluded from it.

The entrepreneurship ecosystem was not built for underserved communities. The gap is not ambition — it is access to systems, networks, and capital. IHA exists to close it.
